Yes I use my card, yes, I have a surplus of points. Clerk says rewards are based on play, but it's clearly they aren't. I'm a regular, and they give me a $5 food credit coupon and $10 a month in free play.
Not sure how their rewards work, but a very frugal friend that never drops more than a $20 and hasn't visited in 6 months always gets free room coupons, offers for free cookware and free food and play coupons.
Ash trays are always sitting there overflowing, so gross! Can never get a drink while playing on a machine either, there have been no drink servers the last couple of times I visited. The last several times I've been there, I do not see any staff going around cleaning like I used to. The machines are never clean, always have ashes and beverages all over them. This place used to be great, but I think they have a serious shortage of staff.
